Modalità di prenotazione per gli ospiti del workshop

Vi preghiamo di leggere con attenzione le norme di prenotazione sotto riportate.

Modalità di prenotazione

Visita il sito pollicahostfood.it nella sezione “Host“. Avrai a disposizione bed and breakfast e appartamenti (negli appartamenti c’è la possibilità dell’uso della cucina. Se preferisci questa opzione, specificalo nel modulo di prenotazione).

Scegli cinque alloggi che più si adattano alle tue esigenze. Compila il modulo di prenotazione e invialo all’indirizzo pollicacittaslow@gmail.com.

Se hai un collega con il quale vuoi condividere la camera, scegli l’opzione camera doppia. Specifica nella richiesta di prenotazione il nome del tuo collega.

Verificata la disponibilità, considerando l’ordine di preferenza indicato sul modulo, riceverai, tramite e-mail, l’offerta del soggiorno con specificato la procedura di conferma della prenotazione.

Le tariffe si intendono a notte e comprendono pernottamento e prima colazione

Imposta di Soggiorno

Il Comune di Pollica, per i pernottamenti avvenuti nei mesi di Giugno, Luglio, Agosto e Settembre, ha introdotto il pagamento dell’imposta di soggiorno. Tale tassa dovrà essere corrisposta dall’ospite al momento della partenza e sarà pari ad € 1,00 per persona, per notte. I bambini al di sotto dei 12 anni sono esenti.

Conferma della prenotazione

Per confermare l’offerta ricevuta è obbligatorio versare un acconto del 30% del totale del soggiorno. I metodi di pagamento accettati sono bonifico bancario o carta di credito. Il pagamento dovrà avvenire entro e non oltre 7 giorni dalla data di ricezione dell’offerta.
Quest’ultima sarà annullata se non dovesse pervenire il pagamento dell’acconto entro le date indicate. Alla ricezione dell’acconto, invieremo una e-mail di conferma. La conferma della prenotazione implica l’accettazione dei termini di cancellazione.

Politica di Cancellazione

La struttura scelta si riserva il diritto di addebitare le seguenti penali:

- per cancellazioni:
  - cancellazione effettuata prima di 15 giorni dalla data di check-in, verrà rimborsato il totale dell’acconto versato al netto delle commissioni;
  - cancellazione effettuata dopo i 15 dalla data di check-in, non verrà rimborsato l’acconto versato.
- per modifiche:
  - eventuali modifiche della prenotazione effettuate prima di 15 giorni dalla data di check-in, non comporteranno penali;
  - eventuali modifiche della prenotazione (check-in posticipato, check-out anticipato, riduzione del numero di ospiti) effettuate nei 15 giorni antecedenti la data di check-in, comporta il pagamento dell’intero importo concordato nella conferma della
    prenotazione;
  - non possiamo garantire di poter accogliere ospiti aggiuntivi che non hanno prenotato.
- partenze anticipate:
  - per eventuali partenze anticipate comunicate durante il soggiorno, verrà addebitato l’intero importo delle notti cancellate.

In caso di disdetta o di modifica della prenotazione, dovrete farne comunicazione tramite e-mail all’indirizzo pollicacittaslow@gmail.com.

Importante per gli ospiti che intendono raggiungere Pollica in auto

L’Associazione fornirà le indicazioni stradali per raggiungere Pollica. Sarà possibile effettuare il Check- in entro le ore 22:00, salvo imprevisti comunicati tempestivamente all’indirizzo pollicacittaslow@gmail.com.

Importante per gli ospiti che intendono raggiungere Pollica con il treno: L’Associazione si occupa del servizio transfer andata e ritorno per Pollica dalla stazione ferroviaria di Vallo della Lucania – Castelnuovo. È necessario compilare il google form che verrà inviato successivamente alla conferma della prenotazione. Il servizio è assicurato solo per coloro che prenotano attraverso il nostro portale.
Non siamo responsabili per trasferimenti non organizzati tramite l’Associazione o da terzi.

Conference fee
Per ogni workshop c’è una quota di iscrizione che comprende pranzi, coffee break e trasferimenti locali. Le istruzioni per il pagamento della quota verranno fornite nell’offerta ricevuta per l’alloggio. La quota è obbligatoria per tutti i partecipanti e non è rimborsabile.

Please read the booking rules below carefully.

Booking Method for Participants in the “Pollica Physics Workshop”

Visit the www.pollicahostfood.it website and go to the section “Host“.

You will have bed and breakfast accommodations and apartments available (in the apartments there is the option to use the kitchen. If you prefer this option, please specify it in the booking form).

Choose your top five accommodation preferences for your stay. Then, fill in the form and send an “availability request” via email to pollicacittaslow@gmail.com. If you have a colleague with whom you would like to share the room, choose the double room option. Specify your colleague’s name in the booking request.

Our Team will check availability and take into account the order of preference indicated by you on the form.
By return you will receive an offer of accommodation via email with a booking confirmation.

Rates

May - June - September

Prices are per person per night and include overnight stay and breakfast.

Comune di Pollica Tourist Tax

For an tourists visiting Town of Pollica a per diem Tourist Tax is payable from 1 June – 30 Sept for any visitor aged 13 and above at the following rate: € 1,00 per person per night.

This is paid to the place you are staying, who in turn pay it to the town via the Pay Tourist website: Imposta di Soggiorno – Comune di Pollica – PayTourist

Booking Confirmation

To confirm the offer received, you need to pay a deposit of 30% of the total accommodation amount. The accepted payment methods are by bank transfer or credit card.

Please note:

Deposit payments must be made no later than 7 days from the date of the offer. The offer will be cancelled if the deposit payment is not received by that time.
Upon receipt of the deposit we will send a confirmation e-mail with.
By confirming your booking you accept our Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation Policy

Your host reserves the right to charge the following penalties:

- For Cancellations
  - In the case of a cancellation made before 15 days from the check-in date, the full deposit amount will be refunded, net of any commissions;
  - In case of cancellation made less than 15 days before the check-in date, the deposit paid will not be refunded;
- For Modifications
  - Any changes to the reservation made up to 15 days before the check-in date will not result in any penalties;
  - In case of changes to the reservation (later check-in, earlier check-out, reduction in the number of guests) made within 15 days prior to the check-in date, the full amount agreed in the booking confirmation shall still be paid;
  - We cannot guarantee that we can accommodate additional guests that have not booked.
- Early Departure
  - In the case of an earlier departure being requested once the guest has arrived, the full amount of the nights cancelled will be charged regardless of the departure date.

Important note for the guests arriving by car

The Organizing Committee “Pollica Città Slow Host&Food” will provide directions on how to reach Pollica. Check-in will be possible until 10:00 p.m., unless unforeseen
circumstances are promptly communicated to pollicacittaslow@gmail.com.

Important note for the guests arriving by train

The Organizing Committee “Pollica Città Slow Host&Food” takes care of the transfer service from/to the railway station “Vallo della Lucania-Castelnuovo. The service is guaranteed only for guests who book through the website www.pollicahostfood.it.
It is necessary to fill in the Google form that will be sent after the booking is confirmed.
We cannot be held liable for transfers not organised through the Organizing Committee or with third parties.

Conference fee

Each workshop has a registration fee that includes lunches, coffee breaks, and local transfers. Payment instructions for the fee will be provided in the accommodation offer received. The fee is mandatory for all participants and is non-refundable.
